We’ve all heard about Mad About Sucre well, if you haven’t, it’s a fine-dining restaurant serving up Michelin-worthy food. However, their newly opened sister outlet, MadASS, is the complete opposite. MadAss, nestled in Change Alley Mall in Raffles Place, is a casual joint that uses simple culinary techniques at affordable prices.

Serving up a plethora of different dining experiences throughout the day to suit every mood, MadASS was brought to live to make healthy, fast-served food the new normal. Expect all-natural and seasonal ingredients with every dish made fresh on the daily. Living up to their motto to join a gourmet movement towards better quality, preservative-free fast food.

Think customisable bento bowls for lunch. Featuring classics like The Real Wagyu Beef (S$21.50) (pictured above), Wild-Caught Barramundi (S$18.90) and not forgetting something for the non-meat lovers, Baked Tofu Steak (S$15.90). Each bento comes with a base filled with wild grains, cauliflower rice (gluten-free), quinoa (gluten-free), salad, and chilled soba (glutten-free) with a side of seasonal vegetables.

If that’s not all, for teatime, they feature award-winning bakes, confections & pastries specially curated by Mad About Sucre. Best paired with their large selection of artisanal teas, house-blended coffee, or cocktails.

Their dinner menu offers an eclectic mix of global-inspired tapas, dinner plates and bespoke drinks. Best consumed when paired with chill-beats. Think a fancy bowl of the Signature French Foie Gras with Pasta in Aglio Olio Sauce (S$42), Tacos (choice of Wagyu Beef, Iberico Pork or Barramundi) starting from S$18, Wild-Caught Fresh Prawn Tomato Pasta (S$17) and many more.

MadASS also features a range of out of this world cocktails like Birds & Bees (S$16)—a concoction of rose, lychee, lavender and vodka, Spiced & Spiked ($16)—a concoction of orange, brandy, spices and black tea.

So whether you’re a health-focused foodie or an adventurous soul, MadASS is definitely the place to be!
