Naga House started off as a simple home-based business, dealing with cold brew coffee back in 2021 during the pandemic. As things were looking up, they decided to open a physical space located at Lorong Telok around the Boat Quay district, which officially opened its doors on 1 July 2022.

The concept of Naga House fuses food, music and fashion all into one single space. Their Japanese-inspired menu includes five kinds of sando sandwiches. Their Triple Tamago (S$12) consists of roasted garlic egg mayo, ramen egg, omelette, roasted garlic butter and brioche with dijon mayo— super indulgent!

If sandwiches are not your cup of tea, they offer rice bowls like their House-Fried Chicken With Tamago Kake Gohan (S$14)— double fried chicken thigh, cucumber pickles, shredded cabbage, and roasted garlic butter with eggy rice. The Naga Pasta (S$16), named after them, has kombu, heh bi (dried shrimp), chilli oil and mushroom topped with onsen egg.

From 10am to 5pm, they offer a selection of coffee like Double Espresso (S$3.50) and White Cold Brew (S$6.50). Non-caffeine lovers fret not, beverages like Iced Matcha Latte (S$6) and Hot Hojicha (S$5.50) are also available.

For folks who enjoy their booze, Naga House also has an all-day drinking menu— perfect for beer, wine and cocktail lovers!

The music introduced here stands out from the crowd, and they want patrons to embrace it with an open mind. Naga House intends to organise music events in the near future, so do watch out for it!

As the owners come from a streetwear fashion background, they’ve incorporated them into their own merchandise as well which are displayed at their retail corner— includes t-shirts, tote bags and accessories.

Head over to Naga House and chill out on their safari-inspired field chairs outside their cafe— it reminds me of outdoor camping! Whether you choose to come by for a coffee in the day or just unwind with cocktails at night, their slogan “the start & end of a great night kinda place”, fits their surroundings to a tee!
