An increasing number of consumers are adopting a more mindful approach to their food choices, carefully reading labels to understand what goes into their bodies. Launched in Korea in the first half of 2025, PARAN LABEL by Paris Baguette strikes a perfect balance between nutrition and indulgence, without compromising on taste or overall experience. Within its first year, it has sold over 20 million units — growing 5 times faster than conventional healthy bread brands.

Located at basement 1 of Paragon, Paris Baguette has just opened its first bakery offering the PARAN LABEL range, making its international debut in Singapore. The exclusive range offers thoughtfully-balanced recipes with reduced sugar, higher protein and dietary fibre, while selected products are enhanced with prebiotics and collagen.

paran label - breads

Breads lovers can look forward to whole loaves such as Rustic Multiseed Bread (S$6.90), Oat Softness Bread (S$6.90), and Multigrain Rye Bread (S$6.90), all of which have added prebiotics and low sugar.

Perfect for dine-in or a quick grab-and-go, you can enjoy a Roasted Chicken Ricotta Sandwich (S$11.50) or a Smoked Salmon Ricotta Sandwich (S$12.50).

paran label - chipotle prawn toast

We absolutely adored the Chipotle Prawn Toast (S$23). The toasted rustic multiseed bread is generously loaded with scrumptious spiced prawns and avocado slices, served with creamy scrambled eggs, mixed greens, and lemon vinaigrette.

paran label - chipotle truffle egg

Something light and delish, the Chipotle Truffle Egg Citrus Prawn Salad (S$16.50) is perfect for the ladies. It comes with 3 slices of Paran breads for you to stack the smoky chipotle eggs, citrus prawns, and mixed greens with crunchy garlic almonds on top.

paran label - cakes

You can also savour a trio of their healthier cakes which have reduced sugar and are low in gluten. The rich Blueberry Dark Choco Cake (S$8.90) has soft sponge layered with blueberry filing and smooth dark chocolate mousse. If you’re a fan of something light and simple, then the Strawberry Greek Yogurt Cake (S$8.90) is perfect for you.

For something tropical with a little zing, opt for the Mango Coco Cake (S$8.90) which comes with soft sponge, mango jelly, and an airy mango coconut mousse.

paran label - ambience

Swing by Paris Baguette at Paragon to experience the exclusive PARAN LABEL range for yourself. I never thought ‘healthy bread’ and ‘so soft and delicious’ could belong in the same sentence — until I visited.
