PizzaExpress has been well-loved by Singaporeans for their delicious dough balls and their crispy Romana pizzas. First starting in London in 1965, they’ve since branched out with over 470 branches all over the world, including our little red dot we call home.

In light of National Day coming up soon, they have brought back their delicious Laksa Pizza. From 1 to 31 August 2022, PizzaExpress will be offering the uniquely Singaporean Laksa Pizza à la carte and as part of the National Day Bundle.

The Laksa Pizza (S$28++) consists of prawns, mussels, squid, clams, quail eggs and fried beancurd on a bed of homemade laksa sauce, which will be to the fancy of Singaporeans. The Singaporean twist on a classic Italian dish will definitely peak the interests of many.

PizzaExpress also offers the Laksa Pizza as part of the National Day Bundle (S$57++). The National Day Bundle can feed four to five people, and comprises of Dough Balls ‘Pizza Express’ served with garlic butter, Garlic Bread with Mozzarella, Laksa Pizza, a second pizza where you can pick from flavours such as Hawaii-Not, Margherita, Pollo Forza, American or Spicy Seafood, and four soft drinks.

With the usual price going up to S$83++, the National Day Bundle is a bang for your buck.

The National Day Bundle is available for dine-in, takeaway and islandwide delivery for the entire month of August 2022.

I’ve heard of laksa pasta before, but not laksa pizza, so this new combination intrigues me. Do head down to your nearest PizzaExpress from 1 to 31 August to try it out, as the Laksa Pizza will only be available then!
