Each box will be sold at S$38 and contains five freshly-baked and unique pastries.

What’s more, new pastry boxes will be launched every Monday at 1pm over three weeks and delivery will only be out on Saturdays.

Look forward to the Shokupan with Red-apple Kombu Glaze & Butter— Rosemead Bakery’s signature soft and fluffy milk bread with an exclusive red apple kombu glaze, which is made from three types of apples and infused with kombu seaweed.

The sweetness of the apples paired with the naturally salty-flavoured seaweed gives this bread an added lift, especially when paired with their homemade butter.

Next are two different kinds of croissants. The homemade flaky pastry will come with two different flavours: Tiramisu and Meyer Lemon.

The Tiramisu Croissant is laminated with cultured butter, filled with creamy and indulgent mascarpone, and finished with a fermented coffee glaze for that extra bit of umami goodness. Talk about a croissant that’ll wake you up!

The Meyer Lemon Croissant is filled with piquant meyer lemon curd and finished with a glaze made from its zest, making it a refreshing pastry to indulge in over tea.

If you love savoury treats, the Sobrassada Babka is for you. It is essentially a brioche bread laminated with spicy Spanish sobrassada and glazed with honey, resulting in a moorish flaky pastry.

Lastly, the Marshmallow & Peanut Butter Cookie. What looks like a slab of cheese is actually a traditional chewy cookie topped with a thick layer of vanilla-bourbon marshmallow, and brightened with fresh lime zest to give it an additional lift.

Rosemead Bakery also offers free islandwide delivery for all orders above S$80 when you use the code: FREESHIP.

The Signature Boxes will be delivered on the Saturday of each week, between 12.30pm – 4pm. Pick-up is also available between 12pm – 1pm at their outlet.

Do remember to keep a close eye on their Instagram page to be up-to-date with their pastry box releases!
