For a more interactive dining experience, reserve a table at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Simple cuisine is elevated in a vibrant atmosphere, and guests get to be part of the action with only a counter separating the kitchen and main dining area.

If you’ve never heard of Spa Cuisine, you need to. Tangerine has come up with an 8-course tasting menu that perfectly balances nutrition and flavours, so you can indulge this festive season without the guilt.
There’s just something about this festive season that lends to a little bit more magic in the air, and dining at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora takes celebrating to the next level.
Be wowed by Mediterranean-Californian cuisine put together by Celebrity Chef Cat Cora and Chef de Cuisine Yew Eng Tong and book a table for either a festive set lunch ($60, 3-course menu) or set dinner ($138, 4-course menu) from 23 Dec 2016 – 2 Jan 2017.
Reserving a table at Feng Shui Inn for you and your loved ones would mean a celebration of the most luxurious ingredients of the West, used in Cantonese style cuisine. The festive 6-course special menu includes tantalising Grilled Kurobuta Pork Cubes with barbecue sauce (pictured) and is available for lunch and dinner (24 – 26 Dec 2016 and 31 Dec 2016 – 2 Jan 2017) at $98++ per person, with a minimum of two diners.
Alternative Christmas Dining
In the spirit of this festive season, why not get the whole family together and share in a special edition steamboat meal. Slightly unconventional but in no way less fancy, choose from an assortment of premium ingredients like Hokkaido Scallops and Kurobuta Pork.
The variety of mains and plated dishes means there’s something for everyone and you’ll be spoilt for choice when you see the number of specialty sauces and condiments available. Truly go all out in celebration and order the additional Whole Boston Lobster ($38++, approx. 600g) to enjoy with your loved ones.
