On a mission to find authentic Korean food in the heartlands? SBCD Korean Tofu House has got your back! Following its successful opening in Ang Mo Kio, they will be opening their second heartland outlet in 671 Edgefield Plains on 1 March 2022.
Originating from SBCD Korean Tofu House, BCD Soon Tofu will be the second express outlet. How about that, huh?
Just like SBCD Korean Tofu House, BCD Soon Tofu will serve authentic and wholesome Korean cuisine, specialising in soft tofu soup (also known as soon tofu). The soup is made from a 10-ingredient secret recipe soup paste— making it a product of five months of research and development, and requiring six hours to make. It also uses a special ingredient— premium soybean from Paju, South Korea.
There will be six tofu sets to choose from: Pork Soon Tofu Set (S$7), Seafood Soon Tofu Set (S$8), Beef Soon Tofu Set (S$7), Assorted Soon Tofu Set (S$8), Dumpling Soon Tofu Set (S$7), and Vegetable Soon Tofu Set (S$7). Each set will come with kimchi, rice, and a pack of Korean seaweed.
The new outlet also offers Korean Dumplings (S$4.50 for three pieces, S$6.50 for five pieces) in three yummy flavours: Pork, Kimchi and Japchae.
They are also available on delivery platforms like GrabFood and FoodPanda, if you can’t seem to find the time to head on over to their physical outlets. Punggol is very near me, so, I know where I’m going from 1 March on to get my Korean soup fix!
