Easties will probably remember T Bob’s Corner as their go-to place for western food in the heartlands when it first opened at Bedok in early 2016 by executive chef Arizal and Indah Nabielah. They have since moved to 89 Victoria Street and have now shifted to a bigger space at 100 Tyrwhitt Road.

T Bob’s Corner first went viral when it served its massive 1.4kg Angus Tomahawk, which was a first within the halal community at that time. It received coverage from Mothership.sg, SGAG and many other blogs. It became so popular that they opened an outlet in Subang Jaya, Malaysia on Aug 2019!

Prime Minister Lee even proclaimed it to be very delicious during the National Day Rally 2022!

Evidently, its menu has all the hallmarks of a no-nonsense meat-first eatery. The beef options include BBQ Beef Rib (S$59.90++) which is expertly slow-braised and served with vegetables and potato. Their signature Angus Tomahawk (S$209.90++) makes a return as a mainstay as the 1.2kg bone-in ribeye steak comes with black pepper sauce and serves three or more.

If you prefer seafood, you could opt for Herb-crusted Salmon (S$27.90++), Fish & Chips (S$22.90++), Crispy Fish Burger (S$17.90++) and Sambal Stingray. There’s also a chicken menu that has Cajun Chicken (S$21.90++) and Chicken Waffle (S$21.90++).

However, if you want the best of all worlds, the Meat Galore (S$182.30++) has all of their signature meats such as beef and lamb ribs, Angus striploin steak, lamb chop and cajun chicken served with mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and vegetables.
As an added bonus they will provide a live screening of the Fifa World Cup matches!
