The lack of ice cream cafes available in Eunos was what prompted The Last Scoop to open. It offers both conventional and unconventional ice cream flavours to suit both taste buds.

At its core, The Last Scoop is also a social enterprise that is supported by raiSE Singapore. It champions the values of raiSE through partnerships with non-profit organisations like The New Charis Mission, where they hire and support the rehabilitation of ex-offenders into the workforce.
