Fried Chilli Crabmeat Spring Roll (S$7.50) combines our dear spring roll with Singapore’s favourite chilli crab meat, marrying spicy, sweet and savoury notes in a single dish. Chunks of crab meat can be found within the crispy pastry skin, which is deep-fried till golden brown.

Baked Abalone Chicken Pie (S$8.30) is a refined edition of the classic chicken pie, which contains ingredients such as abalone, diced chicken, mushrooms, carrots, and white onions, all slow cooked in a cream sauce. The shell is buttery and has a nice crumbly texture.

Chilli Crabmeat Bun (S$8.80) has a soft chewy exterior and is paired with the house-concocted chilli crab sauce and crab meat. The bun combines both the sweetness of the bun and the savouriness of the chilli crab. This is a must-try for chilli crab lovers.
