Now that dining-in has resumed, we deserve to treat ourselves and enjoy this while we can. Who knows what will happen in the coming weeks? A meal at Wagyu Jin is exactly what you need to savour and appreciate all the joys of dining out. We all know the spiel, when it comes to beef you’ll want to go with wagyu.

For the more astute diners amongst us, you’ll know that not all wagyu is created equal. Here at Wagyu Jin, they only feature premium A5 wagyu from various Japanese prefectures like Gifu, Shiga, Miyazaki, Iwate and Tochigi.

It begins with a seasonal Wagyu omakase menu of  6-8 courses executive curated by Chef Saito. Chef Saito is equipped with over 25 years of culinary experience working in the finest restaurants of Japan and Singapore. Not to mention, his deep understanding of traditional Japanese cuisine has pushed him to create distinctively Japanese dishes with his own twist.

Chef Saito uses different techniques and sources the finest seasonal ingredients from both the land and sea to pair with and accentuate the flavours of each breed of beef. The Lunch Omakase (S$118) is a six-course with the likes of a grilled yakiniku mizyazaki beef and a glorious A5 Hida beef sushi to round off your meal.

It feels like you’ll be dreaming about this meal long after it’s over. So, waste no time and book a seat at Wagyu Jin.
