If you consider yourself an Italian food aficionado, you’d likely have heard of and/or been to one of the Cicheti Group’s highly praised Italian joints. With a pristine track record of three popular concepts in Cicheti, Bar Cicheti, Caffe Cicheti, you can be sure of their craft and dedication in delivering the best Italian cuisine to the masses.

Now, a fourth concept will be entering the fray and it’s going in a slightly new direction. While the previous three establishments all offer a hearty range of pasta—especially Bar Cicheti, which is known for serving one of the best cacio e pepe in town—Wild Child Pizzette is fixated on pizzas and alternative spirits.

What you can expect from this new pizza joint, located at Circular Road, are Neapolitan-style pies and a slew of exquisite alcoholic beverages for your imbibing pleasure. But that’s not all, you can also look forward to decadent boozy desserts if you’re the type who prefers your desserts with a dose of fun.

The pies here are made with dough, made with love—the pizza dough base is a baby that has been painstakingly cultivated for over a decade, after all. They promise thick, thick crusts packed into 10” of saucy goodness.

If you’re wary of the newfangled creations, they provide the comforting classics such as Margherita D.O.P. (S$22.50). The free-spirited ones would be drawn to their funkier, more playful ideas such as the Crispy Fried Margherita (S$24.50)  and the inventive Cavolo Nero (S$21.50) which is a chic blend of Tuscan kale, garlic confit, bagna cauda and a few kinds of cheese.

But if you’re gearing up to impress your newest Tinder match on date night, their Date Night Bundle (S$72) will be good enough to satisfy them even if your company can’t. It comes with a Spianata Calabrese, Marinara Pizzetta and half a bottle of a 2017 Jean Fournier, Marsannay to fuel you with the liquid courage to spice things up. You can make a reservation or place a delivery order from Wild Child Pizzette here.
