York Hotel’s take on the Penang Laksa is definitely a crowd favourite. Topped with prawn, fishcake and beancurd puff, which complement the tamarind and chilli pepper broth to produce a tangy flavour.

York Hotel’s special Char Kway Teow, made from flat rice noodles and topped with bean sprouts, Chinese pork sausages and prawns is a perfect choice for savoury-lovers. The smoky and inviting aroma will definitely make you crave seconds!

York Hotel’s Roti Canai is the audience’s favourite, with its creamy, flaky flat bread, paired with its rich dahl curry, giving it a delectable aroma. Don’t judge a book by its cover, for its crispy exterior is hiding a soft and satisfying interior.
