Le Garçon Saigon, together with sibling, Le Petit Saigon, will be flying in from Hong Kong for a collaboration with Park Bench Deli. Chef Bao La will present Vietnamese favourites such as bánh mìs and chả giò (minced pork sausage spring rolls).

For drinks, look to the fellas from EC Proof to quench your alcoholic thirst with their rendition of the Bloody Mary made with gin, phở broth and sangrita. Burnt End Cellars will also bring in their offering of crisp, natural wines that best complement Vietnamese cuisine.
