While it might still take some time for bubble tea shops to reopen for operations, you can now have your boba fix with some delectable bubble tea-inspired sweet treats. Shangri-La Hotel Singapore has churned out their own rendition of the bubble tea beverage in the form of a Bubble Tea Lava Cake.
The sweet delight features earl grey Japanese sponge cake sandwiched in between a 64% Manjari chocolate-infused tea ganache. Topped with a copious amount of chewy gula melaka pearls and mascarpone cheese chantilly, this bubble tea-inspired delight is guaranteed to warm your hearts with its delicious irresistible flavour.
Available in three sizes—large (750g), regular (350g) and mini—the cakes are priced at S$60, S$38 and S$9, respectively.

All orders must be placed at least three days in advance and they can be collected at the Shophouse by Shangri-La located in the Tower Wing lobby of the hotel. For those who want them delivered to you, island-wide delivery is available a flat fee of S$20.
