Purveyors of bubble tea, here’s a piece of good news for you. While it might still take some time for bubble tea shops to reopen for operations, you can now have your boba fix with some delectable bubble tea-inspired sweet treats. Shangri-La Hotel Singapore has churned out their own rendition of the bubble tea beverage in the form of a Bubble Tea Lava Cake.

The sweet delight features earl grey Japanese sponge cake sandwiched in between a 64% Manjari chocolate-infused tea ganache. Topped with a copious amount of chewy gula melaka pearls and mascarpone cheese chantilly, this bubble tea-inspired delight is guaranteed to warm your hearts with its delicious irresistible flavour.
Available in three sizes—large (750g), regular (350g) and mini—the cakes are priced at S$60, S$38 and S$9, respectively.

All orders must be placed at least three days in advance and they can be collected at the Shophouse by Shangri-La located in the Tower Wing lobby of the hotel. For those who want them delivered to you, island-wide delivery is available a flat fee of S$20.
