Well, travelling is a bust this 2020 but that doesn’t mean the airport can’t still be a source of fun. From now till 31 December, Terminal 4 Kerbside Taxi area of Changi Airport is now a go-karting track. No, it’s not just any go-karting track, it’s a 200m dinosaur-themed go-karting track for you to whiz around at speeds of 24km/h.

I mean it’s basically Mario Kart, just minus all the throwing of koopa shells. The entire race track is lined with bright neon wheels and decked out with psychedelic light installations of dinosaurs—it looks good and it’s great fun. There are a total of 12 bends on this track and this where you’ll want your Fast & Furious moment in the sun. Things will get even more fun at night at Dino Kart when all the neon lights in full swing, it’s all very Tron: Legacy.

To test out your go-karting skills at Dino Kart, all you have to do is to purchase an activity pass and the prices are as follows. If you don’t want to jostle with the crowds, these activity passes are available for booking here five days prior to the activity date.

If you are going shopping at Changi Airport, make sure you keep the receipts as you can redeem one activity pass at a discounted price for every S$30 spent at public areas of T1, T3, T4 or Jewel and S$80 at supermarkets. You are allowed a maximum of four activity passes to redeem in a single receipt. These are the discounted prices for the Dino Kart respectively.

For those who can’t get enough of dinosaurs, there will a Dino Bounce which is a 30m long bouncy castle. Yes, bounce every grievance you had about not travelling this year away. The activity pass will set you back S$8 and is suitable for children aged 5 to 12 with a minimum height requirement of 1m.

I’d never thought I would be go-karting at Changi Airport but it’s 2020—everything goes this year.

Dates & Times: Dino Kart is available from now till 31 December 2020, while Dino Bounce will run from now till 3 Jan 2021

Prices: More information on the go karting prices here, S$8 for Dino Bounce
