Fill your belly with the Braised Inaniwa Udon with Lobster and Roasted Garlic in Superior Golden Broth (S$58)Braised Pork Ribs and Lotus Seed in Red Glutinous Rice Wine, served with Golden Mantou (S$58) or a specially handcrafted Poached Tiger Stripes Minced Pork Dumpling (S$38) this year. You can even opt from an à la carte selection of all-time favourites include Shisen Hanten’s decadent signature broth of Foie Gras Chawanmushi with Crab Roe Soup (S$38) and the restaurant’s namesake, Chen’s Mapo Doufu (S$30).
