Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis is a pet-friendly pop-up food park located at 66 Kampong Bugis that is open till the end of the year. The food truck and stall market is open from Wednesday to Sunday and serves a variety of dishes.
Gourmet Park is a congregation of 5 unique and popular homegrown eateries – The Goodburger, Quattro, Meatsmith, Backyard Bakers, and Carnaby.
Fans of The GoodBurger can rejoice since they are 1 of 5 establishments in the popup. If you are living under the rock, The Good Burgers is the OG food truck burger concept in Singapore. Fret not vegetarians, because they serve up deliciously juicy plant-based patty.
If burgers aren’t your thing, Meatsmith is also present! Meatsmith is an American Smoke House with a custom-built giant Southern Pride Smokers. Meatsmith specialises in smoked meat and American BBQ. They are famous for their brisket, burnt ends and ribs smoked over hickory wood for up to 14 hours.
Carnaby is a new British breakfast establishment by Chef Adam Penney offering dishes such as The Full Monty breakfast plate and Boozy Toast. Carnaby is expected to be launched at Robertson Quay in Q3 2024. Since they are not opened till later this year, this pop-up will give you a great sample of what Carnaby has to offer.
Grabbing some sweets at the Backyard Baker to end the meal off is highly recommended. Their most famous for their Original Blackout Brownies with gooey centres. Mixed with a cold scoop of ice cream, it is a match made in heaven.
The pop-up strives to reinvigorate community spirit through activities like weekend grill-outs and chef collaborations. Entry is free and no reservations are required, making it excellent for informal outings.
