When we think of foodpanda, it’s easy to default on the mindset that it’s only for delivery services—be it food or groceries. Now, they want to offer you, their ever-loyal customers, even more, with the newly launched feature, Dine-in. The feature kicked off on 17 August 2021, with a slew of attractive discounts, including 1-for-1 dine-in offers, from over 300 restaurant partners who will be joining the myriad of other merchants already on board this feature.
This spankin‘ new feature aims to expand the brand’s online-to-offline commerce, which started with the birth of the Pick-Up service, where customers can place orders and conveniently pick them up from restaurants directly. Dine-in is yet another lifestyle branch that adds ease and convenience, in addition to their existing services such as restaurant delivery, pandamart, foodpanda shops, and pandago.
In addition to 1-for-1 offers, customers can also enjoy up to 30% off the full menu, at an extensive list of popular restaurants which includes (but not limited to):
- The Landing Point and Gin Parlour at The Fullerton Bay Hotel
- A-One Claypot House
- PizzaExpress
- Botanico at the Garage (Bee’s Knees)
- Holey Moley Golf Club
- Red House Seafood
- Gyu Nami
- Quentin’s the Eurasian Restaurant
- Peach Garden
The service is only available to pandapro members—yes, we know, it’s unfortunate—who only need to click on the ‘Dine-in’ feature on foodpanda app’s homescreen, and click on the offer that you’d like to enjoy. Once an offer is selected, customers will be required to scan a QR code at the restaurant for the offer to be verified and the discounts will be reflected upon payment. It’s that simple!
This exclusive feature is priced at just S$7.99 a month, with a meaty subscription that includes unlimited free delivery at selected restaurants, unlimited 20% off deals on selected restaurants, unlimited 5% additional discounts on Pick-Up, two 10% discount vouchers on pandamart every month and access to the array of Dine-in offers where you can redeem three offers per restaurant per month. There’s also the option to choose 6- and 12-month subscription plans at S$6.99 and S$5.99 per month respectively.
