Haidilao Hot Pot opened its 20th outlet in Singapore at Jurong Point on 13 Dec 2022. The latest outlet will be one of the biggest Hadilao Hot Pot branches, with a dining space that’s capable of seating more than 400 pax at a single time.

The restaurant will also feature a unique Nanyang-inspired interior which stands out from the other 19 outlets. Private rooms are also available for a more personal eating experience. Haidilao Hot Pot first started out in Sichuan on 1994, fast forward 18 years it opened its first branch in Singapore on 2012 at Clarke Quay. How time flies!

And what an eventful 10 years it’s been! Apart from winning over our hearts with its yummy food and great service, Haidilao Hot Pot has also since won awards such as Singapore Prestige Brand Award. This year, it made headlines for implementing the first-ever AI-powered and robot-staffed kitchen at Northshore Plaza.

As for the food, you’ll be spoilt for choice from the minute you pick your soup base such as Sichuan Pickles Hot Pot, Pork Stomach and Chicken Soup, Bai-Yu Soup and Tomato Soup Hot Pot (which is said to be the best). One of its signature hot pot items is the Haidilao-styled Noodle which is made using high-quality wheat and is hand-pulled on the spot for you.

Some of the more popular toppings include Deep-fried Crisp Pork, Haidilao-flavoured Beef Tripe, Signature Mashed Shrimpwah, Steamed and Deep-fried Mini Buns and the Seafood Platter. It also has a separate menu for dipping sauces such as Spicy and Sour Dipping and Haidilao-styled Dipping.
Whichever outlet of Haidilao Hot Pot you may go to, just know you’ll be treated with good staff and even better food!
