Just Dough has long been one of my favourite takeaway spots to grab a quick bite, thanks to their wide assortment of mantou flavours. Recently, Just Dough opened their very own cafe on 5 August 2022, with an expanded dine-in menu for customers to enjoy.
Located within Changi Business Park, Just Dough Cafe offers a wide space for seating, with different dishes to order.
Their famous mantous can be purchased at the cafe, in flavours like Yam (S$2.40), Red Bean (S$2.20), Banana Chocolate (S$2.10), Black Sesame (S$2.30) and Durian (S$2.70).
Enjoy a hearty meal with Just Dough Cafe’s All Day Breakfast Sets. Their Mantou Sandwich Sets are made using their own mantous, and come in the variations of Egg & Mushroom (S$5.30), Chicken Ham, Egg & Cheese (S$5.90) and Chicken Ham, Egg & Mushroom & Cheese (S$6.70).
Get classic egg dishes like Scrambled Eggs Set (S$6.90), served with a toasted mantou, grilled tomato and stewed mushroom, or the Omelette & Ham Set (S$12.90), served with a toasted mantou, banana and salad.
Opt for something a little lighter with Just Dough Cafe’s Salad Bowls. A medium bowl comes with six sides and costs S$12.90, while a large bowl comes with eight sides and costs S$15.90. Choose from 25 sides, including options like purple sweet potatoes, onsen eggs, chickpeas, avocado, cheddar and pecans. Despite the slightly steep price, I was thoroughly satisfied by my medium-sized Salad Bowl, and I loved the options available.
Delight yourself in Just Dough Cafe’s new desserts, like tarts and eclairs. The Queen of Nut Eclair (S$6.40) consists of a choux puff filled with pistachio praline paste, pistachio cream, and topped with candied pistachio and a glossy glaze, while Denzel Cheese (S$6.40) is a thick and creamy chocolate cheesecake with a buttery tart base on the bottom.
Other exclusive desserts available at Just Dough Cafe are their Baked Matcha Cream Cheese with Matcha Ganache Tart (S$6.40) and Milky Hazel (S$6.50), made with a Swiss chocolate biscuit, praline, French milk chocolate mousse and praline mirror glaze.
With its healthy menu selection and comfortable space, Just Dough Cafe is the perfect spot for a quick lunch or dessert.
