After choosing Bukit Bintang as its first Malaysian outlet, one of China’s biggest lifestyle retail stores — KKV, has expanded its wings to Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru!

If you’ve been to Bukit Bintang, you’ve probably noticed the bright yellow, 4-storey KKV building near the many entrances to the MRT station. For any Malaysian — like me — visiting this breed of Miniso, Daiso, KAISON, and Mr Dollar (but think mega version) is as thrilling as a birthday celebration!

While the Paradigm Mall KKV isn’t as massive, it still spoils you with endless options. Even better, Singaporeans can easily check out the hype with just a quick drive — less than an hour — from the Johor Causeway.

At KKV, you can find almost everything from lifestyle products and cute trinkets to snacks and drinks, priced starting as low as RM2.90. Pick up travel essentials like compact bottles, convenient disposable cotton underwear, and even bedding sets (RM19.90).

Additionally, there is a section devoted to stylish stationery and adorable figurines. The aisles of adorable sticker sheets (starting at RM6.90) and washi tapes (RM3.90) will appeal to scrapbookers.

Even a 100-piece sticker kit with tweezers for simple application is available for RM15.90. Notebooks ranging from miniature pads to A5 spiral notebooks are top choices for office workers and students, starting at RM2.90.

What’s more exciting is their selection of accessories, like pastel-coloured caps (from RM29.90) embroidered with cute animals and emojis. You’ll also find stylish sunglasses, handbags, hair accessories — including a wide variety of gorgeous claw clips — and dainty jewellery similar to what you’d see at Lovisa!

KKV’s selection of drinkware for your beverage is vast — whether you prefer dainty teacups or bold mugs, you’ll find plenty of fun shapes and vibrant colours to make your next sip stylish, starting from RM20++.
