Check out sandwiches like their Menchi Katsu (S$9). This particular sandwich was delicious. With deep-fried Panko-breaded minced pork, Japanese tar-tar sauce, arugula, this combination took my breath away.

The minced pork was juicy and flavourful, and had a seducing crunch to it with the golden crispy breadcrumbs surrounding the huge minced meat patty.

The Tamago Sandwich (S$5), which is one of the crowd’s favourite, has been given a slight upgrade, with them using a higher tiered egg to give the tamago a better colour. I wholeheartedly agreed with the masses on why this was good. The bonito flakes paired with the Japanese omelette was a match made in heaven, and left me wanting more.

The Sando-Bowls are only available via food delivery platforms like Deliveroo, GrabFood, FoodPanda, as well as MealPal, so make sure to catch them at your own convenience! Look out for more Sando-Bowls which are in the midst of perfecting currently.

The Braised Chashu Ricebowl (S$10) comes with braised pork belly, kimchi, brussel sprouts, topped with an onsen egg, spring onions as well as nori. The humongous braised pork belly satisfied my carnivorous appetite.

The Cha Soba (from S$12) is a healthier alternative. Soba dressed in Japanese ‘Wasame‘ dressing, Japanese cucumber, salsa, and onsen egg, this made me feel guilty about my poor diet. I would definitely have this frequently if this place could deliver food to my office.

After giving this soba bowl a good mix, I went for it. The sautéed mushrooms, as well as the dressing, boosted the bowl’s flavours. It was refreshing and had a good bite to it with the Japanese cucumbers present.

Head over to the new Sando outlet at China Square Central now to savour some Japanese-inspired bites, or just get them via food delivery platforms!
