How does one go about ordering their boat noodles? Simple. First, customers can choose between two broths – Tom Yum Soup and Beef Soup. Then, there are four different meats to choose from: beef slicesbeef ball, prawn, and fish. Lastly, customers can choose between two types of noodles – glass noodles and pad thai noodle.

Dishes you can order to accompany your boat noodles include their best seller – Steamed Sea Bass with Spicy Lemon Sauce (S$25.90). Fresh sea bass is steamed in a cute fish-shaped bowl, with spices such as garlic, spring onion, parsley and chilli padi. The result is moist fish meat that is well seasoned and delicate.

No Thai meal is complete without a bowl of Tom Yum Red Soup (S$10.90). The bowl of soup is filled with prawns, mushrooms and tomatoes. Each spoon of broth is hearty and slightly sour, the way Tom Yum should be. The spice is just right, to feel the tingling sensation in the back of your throat without being overbearing.

There is no end-date for the S$1 boat noodles promotion, but do go down sooner than later before this juicy deal ends!
