And of course, the main course is the Signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib Of Beef—aged for 28 days and slowly roasted on a bed of rock salt. Though if you are more partial to seafood, choose the Broiled Atlantic Lobster Tail With Red Mullet Fillet.
Finally, end your dinner on a sweet note with the Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Feuilletine, a rich and dark chocolate praline cake served with crunchy crepe. Make your date night extra magical, because Lawry’s will be taking photographs during the dinner, and they’ll send it to the couples.

What’s more romantic than an island getaway? Luxury five-star hotel Capella Singapore on Sentosa Island gives us not one, but two options on 14 February 2020, from 6.30pm – 10pm.
The Knolls, an all-day restaurant with a view of the cascading pools and the South China Sea, has an intimate atmosphere that’s perfect for date night. Give your loved one a romantic treat at three Michelin-starred Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s La Dame de Pic in Raffles Hotel Singapore. On 14 & 15 February 2020, indulge in a six-course menu (S$288++ per pax, top-up S$158++ per pax for wine pairing) at one of Singapore’s most romantic restaurants.
Start with Brown Crab From Brittany, served with creamy dill, sobacha (buckwheat tea), and fine mikan (satsuma mandarin) jelly. The sweet and dense crabmeat is sure to be a treat for seafood lovers.
The Berlingots are Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s signature pasta, and come in a mushroom broth with geranium and ginger. Pyramid-shaped and matcha-flavoured, the pasta is named after the French hard caramel candy and is stuffed with French cheese fondue.
The firm yet flaky John Dory From Brittany is steamed with peppermint and served with roasted green asparagus and black truffle. Meat lovers may prefer the Saga Wagyu Beef in a Gedeo coffee and sake marinade. Sprinkled with Kampot pepper, the beef dish also comes with butter-roasted celeriac.
End off on a light and refreshing note with tropical fruits, and ginger and sencha ice cream.

Add some spice to your love life, and treat your date to Valentine’s Day dinner at Indian fine-dining restaurant, Rang Mahal, in Pan Pacific Singapore. The five-course dinner menu (S$138++ per pax, top-up S$30++ per pax for one mini-bottle of Bottega, top-up S$50++ per pax for a bottle of Rosé for two pax) is available only on 14 February 2020.
Take it slow with a Cabbage Consommé consisting of red cabbage, coriander, lemon, ginger and onion. Whet your appetite with the tasty Patrani Fish—this banana leaf-wrapped golden pomfret is steamed in the chef’s special marinade and served with grilled asparagus.
After a palate cleanser of Pehli Mulakaat (raspberry and rose milk yolk), move on to the mains. The chargrilled pistachio Lamb Chop comes with barley green pea pulao (rice cooked in spices), quinoa, pomegranate and nihari (slow-cooked meat stew) sauce.
Dessert is a refreshing Orange Rasgula—stuffed orange and cottage cheese jelly with plum sauce and lychee kulfi (traditional Indian ice cream).

The afternoon meal begins with the Maine Lobster Tail Carpaccio, served with coveted ingredients like Kyoho grapes, avruga caviar and a literal dusting of gold.
The mains include House Made Ravioli that’s stuffed with fresh burrata, langoustine and foie gras, the Roasted Rack Of Lamb on a bed of cream of black garlic and buttered garlic roasted potato, and the Roasted Black Cod Fillet with breaded prawn, frothy capers and basil espuma.
Dinner-goers—from 6pm – 10.30pm—can enjoy the sunset and city lights, as they munch on appetisers like Chef’s Choice Of Amuse Bouche, Maine Lobster Tail Carpaccio, House Made Ravioli and Deep-Fried Free Range Egg with cream of spinach and truffle caviar.

Take your love to greater heights, and celebrate Valentine’s Day at 665°F, on the 38th floor of Andaz Singapore. On 14 February 2020, treat your date to a four-course dinner menu (S$168++ per pax) within the Saville Row-inspired restaurant.
Start the night with a bang, and slurp up aphrodisiac fresh oysters seasoned with pickled celery, lemon gel and dill oil. The Avocado Tartare comes next, topped with Kaluga Queen caviar, celery and chives.
Simply prepared, the Hokkaido Scallops are cooked in brown butter for an addictive aroma. For mains, choose either the Grilled Phoenix Wagyu Tenderloin MS 6/7 with Jerusalem artichoke, mushroom duxelles (finely chopped, sautéed and reduced to paste) and lotus root, or the Signature Boston Lobster Thermidor.

When it comes to the Main Affairs, you can opt for the Heart Strings, which is a baked garlic butter lobster squid ink pasta with cherry tomato and basil. For something heavier, Cupid’s Steak will fill you up with pan-seared filet mignon (150g), together with king oyster mushroom, rosemary potato and whisky mustard sauce.
End off with Sweet Surrender, a yuzu pistachio chocolate cake with a crunchy chocolate pearl base.
