313@somerset is regarded as one of the most popular malls in Singapore. Being conveniently located right next to Somerset MRT, shopping at this highly-coveted mall has never been easier.
One of my favourite things about 313@somerset is its wide range of dining opportunities, from Michelin-starred ramen to mochi ice cream and more. Here are 10 spots to check out in 313@somerset when you’re looking for a meal in Somerset.
1. Mrs Pho (#01-16)
Mrs Pho brings authentic Vietnamese food to the heart of Singapore, branding itself as a place to feed everyone like family. This restaurant, located on the first floor of 313@somerset, prides itself on its traditional menu and authenticity — don’t expect to find any fusion dishes here.
The titular phos are definitely worth the trip down for. Mrs Pho offers 6 types of pho, including Sliced Beef Pho (S$9.90), Wagyu Pho (S$13.90) and Premium Short Rib Pho (S$22.90). I got the Sliced Beef and Brisket Pho (S$9.90), which had a refreshing and hearty yet comforting taste.
Their other Vietnamese classics include Fresh Summer Roll (S$5.90), Lemongrass Lala (S$10.90), Spicy Beef Noodle (S$11.90) and Grilled Pork Chop Rice Platter (S$10.90).

3. Vanda Botanical Desserts (#01-17)
You may have heard of Vanda Botanical Desserts because of its viral mochi-wrapped ice cream that dominated social media back in 2022. Aside from that, Vanda stands out from other ice cream shops due to its unique Asian flavours like Sencha, Coconut Pandan, Chrysanthemum Goji Berries and Salted Gula Melaka.
A single scoop of ice cream will set you back S$3.90 while a double scoop costs S$7.80. Premium flavours, on the other hand, cost an additional S$1. Why not add on the viral mochi wrap for S$1.50?
I adored the Salted Gula Melaka flavour, which had the perfect blend of sweet and savoury flavours, along with a fragrant aftertaste of coconut. The mochi wrap was the perfect addition as it was chewy and bouncy!

4. Ohayo Mama San (#01-29)
Ohayo Mama San‘s snazzy storefront is hard to miss when walking around the first floor of 313@somerset. Aside from its chic coral and blue-coloured modern interior, its dishes are both a feast for the eyes and the stomach. This Japanese restaurant’s menu is chock full of Japanese delights and seafood.
Ohayo Mama San’s modernised take on sushi rolls include creations like Pink Lady (S$20), made with panko shrimp, cream cheese, cucumber, boiled shrimp, ume mayonnaise, sakura denbu and edible flowers for a stunning yet delicious meal. Opt for a lower carb option with their riceless sushi rolls. like the Mamasan Riceless Roll (S$24), filled with tuna, salmon, hamachi, cucumber, marinated radish and topped with avocado, kani salad and ikura.
Other dishes not to be missed include the Wagyu Garlic Fried Rice (S$28), Trio Salmon Chirashi Don (S$28) and Everyday Mentaiko Pasta (S$20 for Prawn, S$22 for Scallop).

Can’t decide between getting drinks or dessert? Why not get both? The Ice Cream Bar is one of Singapore’s most unique creameries as it largely features boozed-up ice cream flavours made with a variety of liquors. Alcoholic flavours that you can expect to try are Baileys Brownies, Smoked Cognac, Kahlua Cheesecake, Whisky Red Velvet and more. Not a fan of booze? Opt for their non-alcoholic selection, including flavour like Yuzu Lychee, Sicilian Pistachio and my personal favourite, Rocher.

9. Nam Dae Mun (#B3-54)
Nam Dae Mun is what I consider to be a less talked about gem in the basement of 313@somerset. This Korean-style dessert takeaway stall uses centuries-old dessert craft techniques developed in Korea, and sells treats like traditional rice cakes, mochi and milk tea.
Menu items to expect are the Black Sesame Sticky Rice Cake (S$4.80), Durian Snow Jade Osmanthus Cake (S$6), assorted Handmade Mochi in flavours like AAA+ Maoshan Durian (S$6.90) and Honey Mango (S$4.90), and a variety of teas.
I tried their Taro Meat Floss Mochi (S$4.90), which was stretchy and chewy. The taro filling was especially satisfying, given how natural and earthy it was. The Super Fruit Tea (S$6.90) was incredibly refreshing and I loved how it was generously filled with assorted fruit bits.

I tried the Loaded Nachos with Carne Asada Beef, which was packed full of flavour from the juicy and chewy beef, and the savoury guacamole.
Why not opt for the titular Chimichanga, in either Carne Asada Beef (S$16) or Chipotle Chicken (S$14)?
