These days, consumers are more conscientious about where their food products are coming from and Purple Sage has decided to start catering in a sustainable way, to support local farmers and stay ahead in the industry.
One of the new concepts is “The Secret Garden”. The stand is decorated with fresh herbs, and chefs can handpick live ingredients such as rosemary and coriander at their cooking station.
With the focus on healthy and sustainable living, Purple Sage also encourages their customers to live an active lifestyle. There were bikes featured at the media preview, which were linked to blenders. Guests could interact with each other while blending their margaritas by peddling!
