Alongside battling with us are our front line healthcare workers, who have been indefatigably working around the clock to help and deliver quality healthcare services to the community. Exposing themselves to a higher risk of infection coupled with needing to grapple lost time with their family members, Pink Fish have also extended a complimentary 1-for-1 combo deal to all healthcare workers to thank them for their tireless and unwavering dedication.
Pink Fish, a Norwegian restaurant chain helmed by founder Geir Skeie, winner of the 2008 Bocuse d’Or Europe made its splash in Jewel in April 2019. Challenging the norm and status quo, the extensive range of menu items offered—burgers, salad, wraps, stews and food bowls were made from high-quality Norwegian salmon. Loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, it’s an excellent source of high-quality protein and the salmon are farmed responsibly and flown in fresh.
The burger consists of a meaty and inviting chunk of salmon sandwiched between two brioche buns, garnished with fresh veggies and drizzled with your preferred dressing. If you have friends working in hospitals, do share this with them and thank them for their commitment and perserverance!
