In our 18th episode, we dive even deeper into the world of food by digging up the truth behind how an ingredient’s integrity can be compromised and what you, as a consumer, should be aware of.
How do you know if the ground pepper you bought is made of only ground pepper? How aware are you of the manufacturing processes that milk goes through before it arrives in a supermarket shelf? Call it ‘food fraud’ if you will, but we realise it’s 2020, and now, more than ever, consumers are educating themselves on how and what they feed their bodies.
Less meat, food sustainability, recyclable packaging materials—you name it, 2020 is the year we’re all trying to do better for Earth and ourselves.
