Those looking to indulge in fudging good brownies should look no further than the new bake shop, Dome Bakery, that recently opened on 12 Feb 2023 along South Bridge Road.

Dome Bakery started out as a home-based business, selling an assortment of brownies, muffins and other baked goods. They had a long hiatus before re-opening back in Dec 2021. Its first physical outlet will serve the same pastries and also include drink options.

When they say their brownies are fudging, they really meant it. Most of their brownies are filled with an oozy fudge related to its individual flavours, making every bite just a tad sinful in only the best way.

You have your Raspberry Chocolate Brownie (S$6.50) for the best sweet and sour combination you can have on a pastry, Peanut Butter Pecan Brownie (S$6) that has a creamy peanut butter core, Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie (S$6) with the familiar smooth hazelnut chocolate filling and Cookies & Cream Brownie (S$6), which is an Oreo lover’s dream with its creamy Belgian white chocolate centre.

For something less sweet but no less decadent, the Dark Chocolate Brownie (S$6) with its 70% cocoa dark chocolate filling will serve you well. You can also opt for their Smoked Sea Salt Brownie (S$6) should you prefer a no-frills brownie experience without the filling.

You have also muffin options such as Dark Chocolate Lava Muffin (S$5), complete with oozy chocolate lava and Black Sesame Streusel Pound Cake (S$3.80), a buttery pound cake made using pure sesame paste. You can also bag their Butter Cookies (S$12.50) which apparently are addictive.

Wash it all down with drinks such as Black Coffee (S$4), Matcha Latte (S$6) and Premium Tea (S$4) like English Breakfast or Peppermint Tea. Should you want something a lil extra in your brownies, you know exactly where to head to!
