15 Jun 2023 was an exciting day for hawkers and restauranteurs alike. It was the day when the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2023 Bib Gourmand Selection took place. There are a total of 79 Bib Gourmand establishments, including 19 new additions (17 hawker stalls and 2 restaurants).

Have you spotted the iconic red and white MICHELIN sticker displayed at hawker stalls or restaurants? It signifies that the establishment has been awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, highlighting its exceptional value-for-money gourmet experience.
