Drop & Go concept — Party Pack

Hectic work schedules and never-ending deadlines can be incredibly draining. So how do busy individuals find the time and energy to host an event? Thankfully, CaterWow understands these challenges and has introduced its convenient Drop & Go concept precisely for such situations.

Designed for cosy gatherings below 20 pax, the Party Pack allows you to entertain like a seasoned veteran without the chaos and complications. We gave the 8-course The Prestige Table (S$298+) a try, that’s perfectly suitable for 10 to 12 pax.
It consists of an appetiser, a main dish, one meat entrée, a fish selection, a seafood special, one premium item, a vegetable dish, and dessert. The food comes in thermal bags to prevent heat from escaping, allowing your food to remain warm upon arrival.

The 4 self-heating trays are a thoughtful touch — keeping every dish warm and ready so that even the last guest to arrive still gets to enjoy a proper, satisfying meal.

Each dish is not only thoughtfully packaged for seamless hosting, but is also visually-appealing and impeccably-presented with a strong focus on quality and detail.

Available as a Premium Upgrade, the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus & Warm Pita (+S$24) features pieces of flatbread served with a crimson-hued hummus dip.
Brinda’s: Old-school 24-hr Halal diner with colossal menu in the heart of Bukit Merah

The red pepper hummus was nutty, slightly tangy and lightly spiced, making it the perfect starter to fire up your appetite before the main affair.

My face lit up when I spotted the Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce & Ketupat. With cubes of rice cake, cucumber, and red onions complete with the banana leaf garnish underneath, the dish looked like it had come straight from an authentic hawker stall, freshly grilled on the spot.

The sticks of chicken satay were flawlessly grilled, with just the right amount of char. The marination was spot-on and when dipped into the rich, robust peanut gravy, it came together like a match made in heaven.

The Mushroom Furikake Steamed Rice was generously loaded with shimeiji and shiitake mushroom slices, making it almost impossible to spot the rice hidden beneath.

Each spoonful was earthy, with the nutty, umami notes of the furikake blending beautifully with the fluffy Japanese short-grain rice.

Each piece of the Panko Chicken Katsu with Furikake Mayo was coated in a thin, crispy layer of breadcrumbs that gave way to tender, juicy chicken. The unique mayo with seaweed bits added a creamy, flavourful complement that took it up a notch.

Another highly-recommended upgrade is the Nobu-Inspired Yuzu Miso Salmon (+S$36). Coated with a lightly tangy miso glaze, each piece of broiled salmon was moist and slightly citrusy — perfect for fish lovers.

To further elevate the experience, get a side of Crispy Lychee Ball with Lao Gan Ma (+S$30). Each crisp ball is filled with savoury seafood paste and pairs wonderfully with the spiced, robust lao gan ma mayo dip.

For dessert, the Chocolate Fudge Cake, layered with spongy and rich fudge, makes a sweet conclusion to your feast. Here’s a little tip — simply pop them in the microwave for 20 seconds to make the fudge all warm and oozy for the perfect indulgence.

For a refreshing perk-me-up beverage, you can also top-up for the Citrus Detox (+$24), a lemon, orange, and lime infused water for a light, zesty finish.
