Presenting the inaugural GastroFest at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore for all your fancy and serious foodie friends. On 5 May 2019, from 12.30pm to 5.30pm get ready for a tantalising epicurean journey.
This one-day-only event brings together a thoughtfully-curated line-up of culinary delights. Headlining GastroFest is Waterfall Ristorante Italiano and The Line. If you are familiar with Waterfall, expect classic and quintessential Italian fares such as Italian Cold Cuts With Burrata and home-made Fresh Pasta with Chef’s Danielle’s signature Italian sauces.
Yup, time to leave your diet at the door.
Besides these delectable selections, GastroFest has lined up more gourmet delights at various pop-up stations with the likes of TONO Cevicheria, Meat Smith, Springleaf Prata, Coconut Club and The Pantree.
Some exciting highlights from Meat Smith include the melt-in-your-mouth 14-Hour Smoked Salt-and-Pepper-Rubbed Brisket. What makes it extra special is that this glorious hunk of meat is exclusive to Meat Smith Telok Ayer, so this is a treat. My tummy is rumbling just looking at it.
Another tantalising item to look forward to is Smoked Spiced Cauliflower Tomato Relish from Meat Smith Little India.
Besides feasting on the magnificent spread, there will an impressive selection of tipples at your disposal. With drinks from East Imperial and Drinksfellas, your time at GastroFest is going to be one lavish affair.
