I remember when I was growing up, I used to spend hours escaping the world in a library. But the best part of a library, apart from the literary wonder, was always the quaint cafe that serves up the meanest hot bevvy that’ll guarantee to warm your insides like a snuggly blanket. And that’s why I was excited when I found out a new cafe has made its way to Bishan National Library!
