Check it out, folks! Sake Matsuri 2023 Singapore is back, and this time it’s bigger and better than ever. From the 3 Nov to 5 Nov 2023, you can catch all the action at their new location, the Outdoor Plaza of Paya Lebar Quarter.

Now, here’s the exciting bit – on the first day (that’s 3 Nov), they’re kicking things off with a new pop-up sake bar concept. And guess what? You could win a guided tour to Tokyo with two sake brewery visits, valued at a whopping S$4,400! sake matsuri 2023 2

Day 1 of the festival event features a S$5 Sake Bar to kick off Sake Matsuri. For S$45 (S$50 at the door), grab yourself a Sake Passport and enjoy up to 10 delightful sake tastings from acclaimed Konohanano and Funasaka breweries.

Kevin Ngan, the brains behind Sake Matsuri Singapore, spilled the beans, “We’re upping the ante by expanding the festival calendar this year. While sake enthusiasts continue to enjoy our free-flow sessions, our new pop-up sake bar on Day 1 offers exclusive pours that festival-goers won’t find in other sessions, as well as intimate masterclasses by
sake masters.”

But that’s not all, my fellow sake afficionados. On 4 and 5 Nov, Sake matsuri 2023 has got those popular free-flow sessions going down and that’s what we’re really here for. Picture this: over 200 different sake labels from both Japanese breweries and local distributors with 52 of them making their Singapore debut! Plus, there’ll be award-winning sake and special seasonal releases available too.

There will be 3 free-flow sessions each day this time round:

Session 1: 10am – 1pm
Session 2: 2pm – 5pm
Session 3: 6pm – 9pm

Now, let’s talk about those free-flow sessions. Three whole hours of non-stop sake sampling, and you even get to take home a fancy RIEDEL crystal tasting glass. Fret not, you won’t be drinking on an empty stomach.

For all you foodies out there, Meatsmith and The Oyster Cart have got your back. They’ll be dishing out mouthwatering bites that pair perfectly with sake. Think Meatsmith’s legendary Cheese Burger, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, and some top-notch oysters from Ireland’s Cooley Peninsula.

Here’s the scoop on Sake Matsuri 2023 tickets – snatch them up at S$55 per person or S$250 for a squad of 5. Grab yours now at www.sakematsuri.sg. Cheers to good times and even better sake!
