Cheesecake fans! You’ll be pleased to know that Keong Saik Bakery is bringing back their Pandan Burnt Cheesecake (S$8/slice, S$66/whole 7″ round) permanently from 9 August 2020 onwards.

Back by popular demand, their Pandan Burnt Cheesecake innovatively spins off from the recent burnt cheesecake trend that’s been proliferating your social media feeds.

First launched in January 2020, the Keong Saik Bakery’s Pandan Burnt Cheesecake is made using pandan leaves and coconut cream. Its creamy interior against the scorched surface makes for an inviting afternoon indulgence. Make the most of the food coma you’re already going to have.

Now, you can enjoy it without a time limit. It will be available daily for takeaways from 9 August 2020 onwards, and it’s here to stay.

But let’s face it: the Pandan Burnt Cheesecake is so popular that it might be gone before you’ve gotten your hands on even a sliver. So, maybe their other burnt cheesecake flavours might offer a little bit of back up.

Consider their equally compelling Original Burnt Cheesecake (S$7.50/slice), Matcha Burnt Cheesecake (S$8/slice), Seashore (S$8.50/slice), or Two-Face (S$8.50/slice). Most intriguing, I’d say, is the Seashore. Touted to include two layers of butterfly pea and early grey tea flavours, Seashore brings the colours of the beach to you on a plate.

Keong Saik Bakery’s Pandan Burnt Cheesecake can be pre-ordered through their form three days in advance. Or you can live on the edge and walk-in.

Date & Time: Available for takeaway via pre-order or walk-in from 9 August 2020

Price: S$8 per slice, S$66 per whole 7″ round
