Looks like an absolutely stunning plate of Beef Wellington, doesn’t it? Well, have a closer look.

Introducing the Beet Wellington, Gordon Ramsay’s vegan take on one of his signature and all-star dishes, Beef Wellington.

The feisty chef has been known for the longest time to have a strong but lighthearted opinion of veganism, yet his new dish celebrates… exactly that? Nevertheless, for all you vegans and non-vegans out there who are as heavily intrigued as I am, I have great news.

The new dish is now available here at Gordon Ramsay’s only outpost in Singapore, Bread Street Kitchen Singapore, for a limited time from now until 31 January 2019.

However, this roasted beetroot dish does come with a price tag of S$45++ per portion.

That said though, I still might give this a try to load up on my vegetable intake before I go on a full-on Chinese New Year feasting spree.

Start the new year healthily for a change with Veganuary at Bread Street Kitchen Singapore! I guess Gordon Ramsay won’t be screaming for that lamb sauce for a while now.

Dates & Times: 21 – 31 January 2019, 11.30am – 4pm (Mon – Fri), 11am – 3pm (Sat & Sun), 5pm – 10pm (Sun – Wed), 5pm – 11pm (Thurs – Sat)

Prices: $45++ per person
