My personal picks are the mini Pain Au Chocolat pastries and two mini bottles of booze (of course). Load up on protein with Half Roast Esarn Chicken, a roasted half chicken marinated and paired with a spicy, complex Nam Jim Jaew sauce. There’s also Thai Yellow Curry Shrimps for the dad who’s a seafood lover, which features deep-fried prawns served with a fragrant curry that’s lovingly made from scratch.
Be sure to remind dad to make room for dessert, though, as he will want to end the meal with Thai Tako Dessert, also known as Khanom Tako, a popular Thai pandan pudding, with water chestnut and coconut. Blue Jasmine’s version is elevated with the use of pumpkin, which adds a subtle sweetness and added texture.
