Singaporeans love BCM, so it’s no surprise hearing the new stall is already raking in long queues. Stall owners, Kai Koh and Randall Gan, have also collaborated with personalities like Class 95FM RJs, The Muttons, at their meat joint, Fook Kin.

They also offer three other variations of bak chor mee on the menu, with toppings like canned abalone, homemade herh keow, and prawn paste. The last two dishes are also sold separately in a bowl of soup. Pretty unusual ingredients, huh?

Expect to find dishes like the Signature Mee Pok Tar with Superior Soup (S$5.50)Teochew Modern Pork Noodles (S$6), and Seafood Minced Pork Noodles.

The Teochew Modern Pork Noodles comes with a bowl of whole canned Japanese abalone and half a store-bought ramen egg, with a side of Teochew meatball, minced pork and ti poh.

Apart from making the herh keow daily, Minced Pork Bros also makes their own noodles— controlling the level of alkaline to ensure you have a delicious bowl of authentic ingredients!
