Oh, hail loyal brunchers: A new joint is upon us! Located along the restaurant-studded Rangoon Road, Noon Café enhances your ordinary breakfast menu by offering good taste, variety, and a cute, intimate setup. If you’ve got a late brekkie date with friends to plan, this is an experience worth launching with them. Take a sneak peek at the intriguing discoveries that await you here.
So why ‘Noon’? The café’s name is coined from their opening hours, which is… 12 noon.
What should you expect once in?
A must-try at Noon Café is their ice cream. Housed in a clear glass display, the variety of ice cream flavours is a feast for the eye, featuring selections like vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, Earl Grey Lavender, and Yuzu Sorbet. While some of these flavours aren’t out of the ordinary, the cooling sensation you get as the rich, flavourful ice cream melts in your mouth certainly is! A single scoop goes for just S$5 while a double scoop costs S$9.
The flaky and savoury waffles are worth every coin! Starting from as low as S$6, the shining Google reviews ascertain this. Their waffle selection features the Buttermilk waffle (S$6), waffle and single (S$10) or double scoop (S$14), and the waffle dippers (S$12).
Craving some munchies? You’ll love the snacks on their menu. Sitting on Noon’s menu are their chicken nuggets, with a side dish of spicy ketchup, chipotle Mayo and Spiracha Mustard (S$6) that towers above all the rest. But, the Tater Tots (S$6), Sesame Wings (S$12), and No-Fish Fingers (S$7) do a good job in matching up. To wash it down, you can go for either their special or classic milkshake flavours. Alternatively, order a Lemon Hibiscus Iced Tea or a refreshing, classic Strawberry Lemonade.
Lastly, for a late breakfast or brunch date over the weekend, expect a sprawling selection featuring Salmon Benedict (S$16), Eggs Benedict with Parma Ham (S$16), Noon Breakfast (S$16), Breakfast Dog (S$14), and Breakfast Champs (S$16).
