Cat & the Fiddle is collaborating with household staple, SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, to create Lord P.B.J, a mouthwatering peanut butter and jelly cheesecake. This luscious cheesecake will be available from 1 June to 31 August 2022.

How many of us have stuck a fork into the peanut butter jar to have a mouthful of the nutty goodness? I see all these unabashed hands in the air. This cake is for you— it is every peanut butter lover’s dream as it is creamy, smooth and rich.

Lord P.B.J (S$58.90 for whole cake, S$7.90 for one slice) is a no-bake cheesecake featuring SKIPPY® creamy peanut butter with Cat & the Fiddle’s signature cream cheese, all of which sit on a crumbly biscuit base. In one bite, one will be able to get both the creamy cheesecake and crunchy biscuit shell.

There is a rich and smooth peanut butter glaze with strawberry swirls on the top, and strawberry jelly cubes sprinkled all around the inside of the cheesecake, which achieves a balance of sweet and savoury in every bite.

Another limited edition Cat & the Fiddle cheesecake is the Matchastic Xanda (S$55.90), which is available until 30 June 2022. This no-bake cheesecake has four layers: moist green tea sponge cake, green tea-infused cream cheese, white chocolate mousse, and green tea sponge crumbs on the top.

Lord P.B.J will be available at all twelve Cat & the Fiddle outlets islandwide and online till August 2022, so be sure to try this luxurious cake before it’s too late!
