Cat & the Fiddle is collaborating with household staple, SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, to create ‘Lord P.B.J‘, a mouthwatering peanut butter and jelly cheesecake. This luscious cheesecake will be available from 1 June to 31 August 2022.

Lord P.B.J (S$58.90 for whole cake, S$7.90 for one slice) is a no-bake cheesecake featuring SKIPPY® creamy peanut butter with Cat & the Fiddle’s signature cream cheese, all of which sit on a crumbly biscuit base. In one bite, one will be able to get both the creamy cheesecake and crunchy biscuit shell.
There is a rich and smooth peanut butter glaze with strawberry swirls on the top, and strawberry jelly cubes sprinkled all around the inside of the cheesecake, which achieves a balance of sweet and savoury in every bite.
