Bánh Mì Saigon is no ordinary name to some of us, considering their astounding popularity for the authentic Vietnamese food. Now, the group behind this popular spot has launched a new eatery that not just serves Vietnamese cuisine but also opens 24 hours. Introducing Miss Saigon at Orchard Plaza!

With the Vietnamese classics like Phó Bò (Sliced Beef with Flat Noodles) at S$12, we can see Miss Saigon becoming a hot favourite very soon.

Of course, Bánh Mì Saigon’s classic — Mixed Pork Intestine & Ear (S$9.90) is here as well. Catered towards the organ lovers, this bánh mì is stuffed full with pig innards that is sure to satisfy those with intriguing tastes. No fret if it’s not your style, since there are 14 types to choose from!

However, one that is featured often on Miss Saigon’s social media would be the Special Beef Piper Lolot (S$10.90). It isn’t different to see what’s so special— just look at that colour! The black rolls seen are minced beef wrapped in piper lolot leaves that are grilled over charcoal, giving both a unique look and flavour.

Want something simpler to eat? This stall’s got you covered, with Rolled Rice Paper (S$10). Featuring fried rice paper rolls packed with a variety of meats, veggies and herbs, this dish provides a load of different textures to enjoy.
