1. Yo-Chi
Yo-Chi started in 2012 in Melbourne, Australia. You may have noticed the snaking queues at its Orchard Central outlet. Well, I’m here to say the queue for Yo-Chi is definitely worth it. Yo-Chi works on a self-serve, pay-by-weight system, charging S$3.50 per 100 grams, which is great for portion control.
I like that they have a wide variety of soft serve yoghurt flavours with dairy-free and gluten-free options: signature tart, salted butterscotch, classic vanilla, choccy (chocolate), strawberry cream and acai. I also like that they have seasonal flavours like cookies and cream, matcha, coconut, mango and cinnamon banana to switch things up.
What’s soft serve yoghurt without toppings? Yo-Chi has a large variety of toppings, from fruits to nuts to sweet sprinkles and chocolate drizzles.
My go-to order is classic vanilla mixed with signature tart, with the tangy flavour of the signature tart cutting through the sweetness of the vanilla. As for my toppings, I get strawberries, bananas and some sprinkles. To top it all off, I pour white chocolate over my soft serve yoghurt, which hardens up and forms a nice chocolate shell for added texture.

2. Yoajung
Yoajung was founded in South Korea in 2021, and quickly took over the country with over 400 outlets. Yoajung opened its first outlet in Singapore in 2025, with sugar-free and regular soft serve yoghurt options.
I like Yoajung because their yoghurt is tart without being overwhelmingly sour, while still being creamy. Yoajung has 3 size options for their regular soft serve yoghurts: Small, 150grams (S$3), Medium, 300grams (S$5) and Large, 450grams (S$7.50).
For toppings, they have Chocolate Shells at S$2 with flavours such as mint, mango, strawberry milk and chocolate. Fresh fruit ranges from S$1.50 to S$3.50. For extra texture, I go for their cereal topping, which costs S$1.30.
My usual order from Yoajung is a small regular soft serve yoghurt with strawberry milk shell, strawberries and dried marshmallows, which they call Rainbow Pop (S$10). I like this combination as I find that their strawberry milk shell complements the tart yoghurt well, along with the strawberries and dried marshmallows adding some extra texture to the soft yoghurt.

3. Smöoy
Smöoy is a Spanish franchise founded in 2010 which specialises in low-fat, high-fibre and gluten-free soft serve yoghurts. Smöoy has 3 different sizes: mini, which comes with 1 topping for S$6, classic, which comes with 2 toppings for S$7 and maxi, which comes with 3 toppings for S$8. Extra toppings go for S$1.
I like that Smöoy has a wide variety of toppings, from fresh fruits to sweets such as mini marshmallows, rainbow jelly and popping boba, for all my moods.
When I want a bigger portion of their soft serve yoghurt, I opt for the ‘Twisters’ option, which comes with 2 dry toppings and 1 sauce for S$8. If not, I usually get their mini Smöoy and add mini marshmallows for that hint of sweetness.

4. llaollao
llaollao was founded in Spain in 2009, and they opened up their first shop in Asia (Singapore and Saudi Arabia) in 2013. Since then, llaollao has gained attention for their signature sanum soft serve yoghurt (S$9.70).
Llaollao’s sanum yoghurt is a parfait layered with 3 fruits, 2 crunches and 1 sauce. I particularly like llaollao as their fruits are always perfectly ripe, with no mushiness or strange textures, which pairs perfectly with their tart yoghurt. Besides the sanum yoghurt, llaollao also offers 3 different sizes of yoghurts: Small with 1 topping (S$6.70), Medium with 3 toppings (S$7.70) and Large with 3 toppings (S$8.70).
I personally go for their sanum yoghurt (S$9.70), and choose dragonfruit, mango and honeydew to add beautiful colours to my yoghurt as well as juicy pops of flavour. For crunch, I opt for Lacasitos (colourful milk chocolate dragees) and almond crocanti for extra sweetness. Lastly, for the sauce, I opt for white chocolate sauce, as I feel that it ties everything together with its buttery and velvety sweet taste.

5. Yolé
Yolé launched in Singapore back in 2017. Since then, Yolé has gained popularity for its signature soft serve yoghurt, which has no added sugar, is gluten-free, high protein and low in calories — wow!
Yolé has 3 sizes: S, which comes with 1 topping (S$5.90), M, which comes with 2 toppings (S$6.90) and L, which comes with 3 toppings (S$7.90). Besides their standard yoghurt cups, they also have layered yoghurt cups, called Ibiza. Their Ibiza yoghurts have 2 sizes: M, which comes with 3 toppings, comprising 1 fruit, 1 crunch and 1 sauce (S$7.90), as well as L, which comes with 5 toppings, comprising of fruits, 2 crunch and 1 sauce (S$8.90).
For days where I want something to go along with my yoghurt instead of a pure soft serve yoghurt cup, I get their soft serve yoghurt cones, which come with a crispy golden cone, 2 toppings consisting of 1 crunch and 1 sauce for S$7.50.

6. Honey Bear
Honey Bear is a self-serve do-it-yourself kiosk located in Orchard, right outside of Lucky Plaza. I go there on days when my wallet is on the brink of death, as their soft serve yoghurt cups go for S$5 for the regular size and S$8 for the large size.
Their large cup comes with airy cotton candy. Best of all, their toppings are unlimited, and they have around 30 different types of toppings. Do note that they only have 1 soft serve yoghurt flavour, and the rest are ice cream (Hokkaido matcha, sea salt coconut and white peach), so do take the correct soft serve!
I often face toppings choice overload my when I buy soft serve yoghurts, but at Honey Bear their toppings are unlimited, so it’s a matter of how many I can stack without my soft serve toppling over. Some of my favourites are rainbow sprinkles, brownies and gummies.
Pro tip: flatten the yoghurt as you scoop it into your cup to fill up all the air pockets and get the most bang for your buck.

7. KUMOYO
KUMOYO is a quaint cafe selling soft serve yoghurts located on Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3. If you stay in the area, head down to try their soft serve yoghurts; if not, you should still head down as their yoghurts are tart and creamy.
KUMOYO offers 2 regular flavours for their yoghurts: natural and peach. They also have seasonal flavours such as honeydew and grape. For the natural and peach combo, a regular cup goes for S$4.90 and a large cup goes for S$6.90.
As for their seasonal exclusives, a regular cup goes for S$5.90 and a large cup goes for S$7.90. I like that KUMOYO offers up to 28 different topping options, with regular toppings (80c), premium toppings (S$1) and supreme toppings (S$1.20) because variety is the spice of life, right?
I get their peach soft serve yoghurt, which has the ripe sweetness of an actual peach without being artificially sweet. As for my toppings, I get their rainbow rice, mini marshmallows and Oreo crumbs.

8. Nectar
Nectar prides itself on healthy soft serve yoghurts made from Greek yoghurt. Their soft serve Greek yoghurts are all natural, with no additives or preservatives used, which I really like for a guilt-free treat.
Nectar offers 3 different sizes for their yoghurts: fun size with no topping for S$3, petit with 2 toppings for S$5.90 and moyen with 3 toppings and 1 sauce for S$6.90. I also like their yoghurt cone, which comes in a crispy waffle cone with 1 topping for S$5.90.
My go-to order from them is their yoghurt cone, and for the topping I usually opt for either fresh fruit like strawberries or sweets like sprinkles or marshmallows. It all depends on my mood for the day~

9. Nakoko
Nakoko serves up soft serve yoghurts in regular cup and sundae form with both signature and seasonal yoghurt flavours.
Nakoko has 3 sizes available: Medium, which comes with 1 free topping and costs S$6.20 for their signature yoghurt and S$6.50 for their seasonal flavours, Large, which comes with 3 free toppings and costs S$7.70 for their signature yoghurt and S$8.20 for their seasonal flavours and Sundae, which also comes with 3 free toppings and costs S$9 for their signature yoghurt and S$9.50 for their seasonal flavours.

10. Soft Spot Acai
Soft Spot Acai hails from the land of smiles, Bangkok. Despite a name focusing on açaí, they sell soft serve yoghurt as well. They have 2 options for yoghurt: Biscoff Greek yoghurt and a seasonal Greek yoghurt.
I like that Soft Spot Acai has a create-your-own station, with 5 different sizes of yoghurt cups: Baby: 80 grams with 1 regular add-on for S$5.50, Small: 110 grams with 2 regular add-ons for S$7.90, Medium: 160 grams with 2 regular add-ons for S$9.40, Bowl: 170 grams with 3 regular add-ons for S$11 and L bowl: 210 grams with 3 regular add-ons.
