Borne from a simple belief that good food does not necessarily come with a multi-digit price tag, Hoshi Hill serves up an array of affordable yet premium dishes created with the harmony of ingredients in mind.

Sink your teeth into succulent, juicy pieces of wagyu beef with their Hoshi Wagyu Donburi for just S$17.80. Otherwise, indulge in the treasures from the sea with the Hoshi Seafood Donburi (S$32), a rice bowl topped with fresh Japanese imported seafood such as Hokkaido scallops, amaebi, salmon sashimi, ikura and tobiko.

Prefer hearty stacks? Then head to Katong Kanteen’s Mirai Burger. Featuring burgers with innovative sensibilities, Mirai Burger uses ingredients from Japan and Australia for some of the popular selections such as the Unagi Burger (S$15) and Yuzu Karaage Burger (S$14).

Whilst Hoshi Hill and Mirai Burger offers mostly Japanese-inspired dishes, Long Tang Roasts and Long Tang Zhi Char serves up a variety of Chinese delights great both sharing and eating alone.

For the best flavours of Hong Kong-style roast meats, opt for the Roasted Anxin Chicken Wanton Noodles (S$6.50) or the Char Siew Rice (S$6). But if you are looking for a table full of local fares, then don’t hesitate in Long Tang Zhi Char’s Curry Fish Head (S$32) or Truffle Iberico Pork Teochew Noodles (Regular: S$20, Large: S$36)

With the variety of food Katong Kanteen has to offer, you can now satisfy even the pickiest eater in your group. So why not head down to Tanjong Katong and try it for yourself?
